All cancellations and amendments must be made in writing via fax or email

Double or twin beds are available:  please state your preference at time of booking

Final rooming lists for all group reservations are required no less than 7 (SEVEN) days prior to arrival

All cancellations and amendments of bookings MUST be made in writing to the Hotel

Cancellation fees will be applicable as follows:

30 - 15 days prior to arrival = 25 %

14 - 8 days prior to arrival = 50 %
